The AlignGrowth MVP Setup is a focused pilot service.

Depending on the agreed scope, it may include:

  • Missing details follow-up

  • Cancellation handling

  • Reschedule handling

  • Follow-up logging

  • Recovery Report dashboard

  • Test workflow

  • Basic setup support

The pilot is designed to validate the booking recovery workflow before adding heavier integrations such as live voice agents, real SMS or WhatsApp sending, calendar integrations, or CRM systems.

  1. Third-party tools and costs

Some features may depend on third-party platforms or tools, such as:

  • Website platforms

  • Automation tools

  • SMS or WhatsApp providers

  • Voice agent platforms

  • Email providers

Third-party usage costs, subscription costs, call charges, SMS charges, API costs, or platform fees are separate unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, changes, outages, or policies of third-party tools.

  1. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business, workflow, and service information

  • Reviewing and approving any client-facing messages before use

  • Confirming booking rules, opening hours, service rules, and escalation rules

  • Ensuring workflows are appropriate for their clinic

  • Managing all clinical, medical, treatment, legal, regulatory, or professional responsibilities

  • Ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws, professional rules, and patient communication requirements

  1. No medical or clinical advice

AlignGrowth does not provide medical, clinical, treatment, healthcare, or professional advice.

Any automation, message, workflow, or follow-up wording must be reviewed and approved by the clinic before being used with real clients or patients.

The clinic remains responsible for all treatment advice, patient/client communication, consent, suitability checks, and regulated or professional obligations.

  1. Results disclaimer

AlignGrowth aims to help clinics reduce booking leakage, improve follow-up visibility, and track recovery opportunities.

However, results depend on many factors, including enquiry volume, clinic process, response quality, service demand, staff usage, pricing, offer strength, third-party tools, and customer behaviour.

We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, revenue, recovered opportunities, reduced no-shows, or business results.

  1. Payments and cancellation

Pricing, payment terms, setup fees, monthly support, cancellation terms, and deliverables will be agreed separately before any paid work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin only after the required payment or deposit has been received.

  1. Service changes

We may update, improve, pause, or change our services over time. If you are a paying client, any material change to your agreed service scope will be discussed with you.

  1. Intellectual property

The AlignGrowth name, website content, service structure, copy, visuals, processes, and workflow concepts belong to AlignGrowth unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use the agreed deliverables created for their clinic according to the terms of the agreed project or service agreement.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlignGrowth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by third-party tools.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
